Max Multiplayer Level

Does anyone know the max level? seen a few on 50 with a star, is that like prestige from COD? how many times can you do this?

You can prestige 99 times.

It's 50. You can prestige in this game but after your prestige, each level will count as a prestige hence the stars.

how long does it take to prestige? do you get any special abilites at all?

Well... You get titles for every prestige... And maybe credits, I'm not sure. The title you get once you reach prestige 99 is 'The Turkish Legend'.

You also unlock stuff, like emblems etc. but they stop after you reach a certain number of prestiges.

I stopped at 22 in Multiplayer once I knew there was a DLC pack coming out in a few weeks. With the next set of multiplayer achievements I'll probably push for 35 or so, as I expect that there will be another map pack later on.

Since the movies/database entries stop at 50 they would have to put something REALLY compelling in for me to grind past 50. Bragging rights just aren't very important to me.
