If there's another thread like this on here, then I do apologise.

I'm just wondering if the bargaining book glitch still works in the game. I know that challenges grant you a decent amount of money, and that there's the Gambling magazine trick, but I want to have a substantial amount to get all the vehicle keys, the goggles and have the 1M$ for the Case.

Yes, there is a mag.

Not sure how the glitch worked, so ignore this post if i am wrong:

People probably joined your game with the magazines (from their game), dropped it and left. This does not work anymore as you join the game with an empty inventory

Yeah that's how the glitch worked.

That's quite a shame though, but thank you for answering that for me anyway .
