Need help with the 4 plants for markhor

Im at the area where I can pick all 4 of them up but the problem is they are cure items and I'm full on 3 of them. Does this mean I don't have to worry about them? Because I can't for the life of me figure out how to drop the items from the cure menu if it's even possible?

Do I have to basically go get hurt and then cure so I can pick the items up or am I good to go anyways since I'm full on c meds and such?

Yeah just fine ways to hurt yourself a bunch then go back and get them.

Cool thanks. Figured out you can use cure items that aren't for a wound to spend them

Had the same problem just lobbed a grenade to get a little splash damage, then used what I needs to pick up to free up some space.
