Abilitys List ??

Does anyone have a list of all the abilities and how to trigger each one. I know some are very easy and self explanatory but some I just can't work out.
Last to First sounds simple but have had around 30 attempts at triggering this so far and have had no success at all just can't work it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Just got the game mate. Will try and suss things out and get back to you. Don't think this game will be too popular so the few who do may have to help one another.
