Odd names for difficulty setting achievements

is it just me or is it weird that the 'shut out the AI' achievements are sorted as:

All Pro: 15gs points
Legend: 20gs points
Pro: 25gs points

why would they not make their hardest difficulty/most points LEGEND difficulty or even ALL PRO tougher than PRO?

Does this seem odd to anyone else?

I thought the exact same thing. Not very accurate at all.
