Elite problem

hi there, i'm new at elite, and with a friend i joined the elite this week.
so we have a clan of 2 members ( no premium ) and we enlisted for some clan operation. Unfotunately we have reached no target at all.
According to us we should get some points, but no clan points are assigned to us.
Any idea of what could be the matter ?
is elite really available for not premium member with all its features or not ?
