Don't Need All Cities Om Timed Challenges

Just an FYI for anyone having trouble on the hard levels. When they are timed you don't really need all the cities by the time the time runs out. Might be common sense for some but there were a few times I quit out of a level because I thought I was going to lose cause I didn't have the required amount.

But all you need is to have the most cities by the time the timers runs out. Hopefully this saves someone some times and broken controllers.
