Best need for speed?

I am a huge need for speed fan, but i cant help feel the new games are nothing like the old. Miss customizing the cars, think it was a really big factor in the games.

IMO the best NFS was Most Wanted. Best police chases by far. Before that one was NFS Underground #1, I wasn't too thrilled on NFSU#2's freeroam and hidden shops therefore was a tad annoying to me.

I have played all the parts of this game and I like this game so much.....Need for speed is the best racing game for me........All the parts of this game are too good........

Need for speed hot pursuit (on play station 1) then underground, then underground 2. Gotta say though, I absolutely hate the rubber banding in these series (ie, if you got the fastest car and u r in first position, the ai will still catch up to u. Even if u drive perfect race lines. Wtf!?!?!?!?!?

Underground 2 would be my favorite followed by Most Wanted.
