Stuck in Wonder City

Just done the boss fight with Ra's and now stuck. Not sure how to get out. Went back all the way I came but the exit is blocked and bumped into Croc. Was told to go back to the subway but again all the ways out seem to be out of reach. Where you rescued the Intern there's a destructable piece of concrete on the roof but no way to spray it!

any help would be appreciated.

Through the subway - you go through the tunnel leading to the western part of the map.
