Grifter Reborn
Source:http://www.xbox360achievements.org/news/news-9890-Batman--Arkham-City-s-Catwoman-Online-Pass-Runs-Into-a-Spot-of-Bother.html If your missing the online pass code or getting an invalid code message: "Despite launching to a list of hyperbole-packed reviews (we're working on our own hyberbole-laden review now... Sit tight), Batman: Arkham City has still managed to bugger up one aspect of the game for less than 0.5% of customers purchasing the title in North America, with missing Catwoman online pass codes and some codes registering as invalid. Warner Bros. issued a statement earlier today addressing the issue, which is currently in the process of being sorted out by the powers that be. Here's the blurb: "Since Tuesday's incredibly successful launch of Batman:Arkham City in North America, our customer support team has received a very small number of calls/emails (less than 0.5 percent of total units sold) regarding Catwoman codes either being invalid or not included in the game packaging," Warner states. "While the number of affected versions is very small, WB Games apologises for any inconvenience this has caused and we are committed to getting these issues resolved as quickly as possible." If you find yourself in that unlucky 0.5% of consumers without a Catwoman code for Batman: Arkham City, then you'll be wanting to contact WB Games customer service Department by calling (410) 568-3680, or alternatively you can email [email protected] or visit community.batmanarkhamcity.com/support. Batman: Arkham City released on Tuesday in North America to massive plaudits and will be out tomorrow in the UK and rest of the world. daishichi
I think .5% sounds like enough people to chalk it up to stupidity. Threw away the insert with the code, mis-typed the code and gave up, etc.
linus614
Some people got a blank code. With the scale of ths game and the number of products out there it sounds like a few just slipped past the grid. WB and Rocksteady I believe are doing the right thing and really quick too. JKSullivan
At least they are responding more quickly than Turn10 did with the Forza 4 banning issue!!
