Batman's Riddler Trophies Question

Some of Batman's Riddler Trophies have 3 panels that have to be activated to make them available, typically one on the ground and two on the walls. How do you activate the wall panels?

I have all but the last gadget unlocked, and I assume it's a gadget for finishing the AR training, but is that important for activating those?

They don't have anything to do with the AR Training. You have to press each button in succession without touching anything else. For instance I have been starting at the top, glide to the first panel on the wall. Then while you are on the wall press A again and you go back into glide, travel to the next one. Then glide to the 3rd typically on the ground. (just make sure that you don't hit anything else or they will reset). Once you do that you have about 5-7 seconds to go to the trophy before the cage closes. Hope that helps. Some of them are very confusing and it's been taking me a while to figure out.
