How long did it take you to get Jackpot?
I've been working on it for 2 hours and have yet to get it...bright side is that I am over $3,000 richer lol. Guess I have horrid luck.

I had some trouble with it last night but kinda gave up on it for a while, rather get back to playing the game instead of spending hours on it, but some people on here got lucky and got it on their 4th try others like myself spent an hour and nothing so far.
I always manage to get like 3 in a row then the 4th one is a skull. I do apologize to anyone for yesterday's thread. Just got very upset about this achievement and a few other things on my mind.

Oh I know there are lucky people out there who got it in less than 20 mins, unlike myself. The game has been constantly teasing me with me getting 4 in a row on the 2nd row too many times to count. I just want to get this achievement before I go on to the next disc Dx

Within 2 hours
Rolled maybe half a dozen times, then left it once I started losing money...then the next day I thought I'd roll one on my way to a mission, and bingo.
Can't confirm this (and won't do the legwork to try), but it felt like multiple rolls in one sitting worked against me (though I was probably just imagining things); it's like after winning a few times, I would just get terrible rolls consecutively (like 4-5 times), then back out, then go back to winning. I say just do it once or twice when you pass by (and you will pass by often). When I was focused on it, it was just more frustrating. |

I would casually stop by and roll some dice every other mission if I could...but I do not know if this game is on the second disc and I'm at the part where I'm apparently supposed to "finish up whatever I need to here" because I'm moving on...

Well...2 and a half hours and I finally got it...funny part? I just got through sending a message to a friend about how the achievement for this game seems impossible with my luck lol.

Super lucky
I lucked out and got it on my first roll. Didn't even know there was an achievement for it. Lol. Oh the othwrhand I can't seem to get 5 kills with a turret to save my life. I think I have bought and made 50+ turrets and they just die in seconds. Oh well, luck of the draw I suppose. Now if only I could get this site to update my gamerscore.....I've gotten over 3000 points since the last time it updated.....

Jackpot Achievement
It took me about a half hour to do Jackpot ..but the Five Finger Achievement..that one had me at about a hour and a half...i almost destroyed my cntroller...lol...that 5th round had me going, i like the mini game,but Red Dead's version was better....

Anyone notice if they had more/less luck with the amount of money they bet? I have been betting 25$ for about 40 minutes now and no luck. I just had a game where the first two rounds were all skulls and the last one had all crosshairs, lol. Maybe I need a break from this mini game.

I bet the minimum and got it in maybe 10 tries max. It's just luck...sorry to those having bad luck with it.

I played for about ten minutes without getting it, but got it on the first roll after spending all my money with the exception of the $5 I kept to try again. I seem to get better results when I play with a small amount of money. I've hit the four in a row on the first roll at least six times since, and I always had less than $200. For whatever reason the less I have the more I win.

like half an hour i was almost convinced i was never gonna get it but thank god im very patiant just like the flesh wound game, i played 2 hours yesterday and gave up then in my mind i couldnt stop thinking about it so i tried once today did the puase method then got it.

Three fucking hours! Three hours! Was about to give up on it when all 4 rolled in.
Still, it is a great way to make some cash early in the game. |

I'm sitting in a different room away from the game with my control pad in one hand beer in the other watching TV just pressing the A button over and over again rolling the dice.
I could have it by now or maybe I couldn't lol. Gonna finish this tin of beer then go check. |
