Is there any way to dodge Bastion's avalanche attack? What a cheap bastard.

If you are too close to him, I don't think you can dodge it. 3 times in a row I beat him to within an inch of his life and he used that move, killing me instantly. Keep trying and eventually you will get lucky

Keeping your distance is my best advice. I used the energy projection power and it's X + X + Y combo that stunned him (and all his earlier clones) and just mashed it, untill he teleported then kept distance and did it again. I would recommend the shadow matter RT + Y fully upgraded THAT's a boss-killer.

Keep the distance and check his move and use infinite shift of dark matter

Jump in the air and charge Y until the attack fades away.

I dont know what your crying about, I wailed on him on hardest diff. Until his third stage, then used ultimate M-power, done in 6 mins

i used Magneto's levitation and flew past it, then i hit him with the maxed out Gigi beam. hit him x3 with it and it's over

i used wolverine's offensive gene
cyclops defensive (i didn't get wolverine's)
and magneto's levitation

this combo gave me x6 m-bars

For Sentinel Boss fight:
Same set up as below. Once on top, timimg, timing, timing! Learn the patterns and always strike arms when presented. Cuts down on times you have to strike chest.

For Bastion Boss fight:
I used Wolverines offensive, defensive, and suit fully leveled up.
Quicksilvers utility, fully leved up.
Always stay on LT + A button speed, unless fighting Bastion or minions for health and dealing damage. Biggest threat is the avalanche attack (kill you quick!).
Just move camera to keep an eye on boss and time your attacks. No damage from small enemys while high speed running.
Take your time and watch the patterns, you will finish on extreme.

Im going to have to try some of these methods out. I can get him to the 3rd part. But then he starts to spam hes avalanche attack which takes away like 3 health bars. FAGGOT.
Hopefully I get lucky when I get home with this boss fight. So I can finish up the X number of kills and the other choice achievements.

EDIT: I JUST FINALLY BEAT BASTION WITH THE HELP FROM THIS THREAD. WHOEVER THOUGHT ABOUT EQUIPPING QUICKSLEVERS RUNNING SPEED IS A GENIUS. MADE THE WHOLE FIGHT A PIECE OF CAKE. THANKS FOR ALL YOU GUY/GIRL SOLUTIONS. THIS SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE GUIDE UNDER "TIPS ON BEATING BASTION/FINAL LEVEL".
