Gears won't update, can't play....

I just got the limited edition by driving out to a remote EB Games and when I finally get home I can't even play!

Gears of War 3 prompts me to download an update as usual but as soon as it is about to download it stops and gives me an error.

Here is the error code:

3524-000-D080-0200-807B-01F7

just picked up red dead redemption and i cant update it either and ms cant pick up the phone i guess because ive been on hold for.....25 minutes now without talking to a real person.....

I had this same problem when I tried to play Arkham City yesterday.

Try unplugging the ethernet cord, load up your game, plug the cord back in, then connect to Xbox Live.

what i did is if you instaled the game on you xbox delete it and try it again

It sounds like your not getting the option to accept the terms of service agreement. try clearing your cache, and trying again.
