two of the secret achievements are "River of Blood" - Shed 3000 gallons of demon blood and "Slayer" - Kill 666 Demons

Kill 666 Demons, I have over 670 kills no achievement yet? what is classed as a Demon? I take it regular Zombies & bats don't count?

I'm pretty sure everything counts. Mine came quite quickly - about halfway through the game. Same with 3,000 gallons of blood.

i have 722 kills n no achievement, im on Twilight Cathedral

I finally got mine 720 kills. strange thing was it popped as i was getting killed.

I am only missing one secret achievement, and i know what it is.
Here are them all: Dark Rider: Ride for 100 miles World Raider: Collect all 27 artifacts Ultimate Blade: Forge the Armageddon Blade Horseman: Kill 150 demons from horseback Treasure Hunter: Search 150 caskets River of Blood: Shed 3000 gallons of demon blood Slayer: Kill 666 Demons BFA: Collect everything* *Collect everything means get all other achievements |

Are the achievements cumulative across all playthroughs or do they have to be done in one go?

after u killed the last boss u can click on continue, and go back to collect everything
 just finised some mins ago^^ so u dont need to get everything in first run, but i recommend to find the armor pieces, its so easy with it^^when u have it, u can make new game with armor from start on apocalyptic

Improvised Kills
For obtaining the Improvised Kills, do you have to throw the cars, lamppost's, etc. or can you just pick it up and hit them with it?

For the achievement, "Battle Hardened" do you have to unlock all of the wrath powers to the max for this? I have bought all of them at lvl 1 and I thought that would count as unlocking them. Also, do you have to buy the item upgrades too? Such as the improved rounds for the gun, the ricochet ability for the crossblade, etc? Please help! Thank you!
