When you hit the speed strips it takes me a while to get used to the speed, but its quite fun and long so I would say its worth the 2.99/2.49.

I would not say this is an easy 200 a lot of the achievements will require some patients. And the 2 secret ones are unknown.

I tried winning a multiplayer game 10 times and nothing popped.

The chapter run is 30 checkpoints long, so 20 is 2\3 of the whole game.
