I'm not sure about motto's, but by all two all-time favorite gamertags are Scott Peterson (who actually did have two kills in that Gears match) and ElmoHatesArabs. Both made me laugh uncontrollably.

My buddy literally got a 360 this week. He's a huge WoW player and got the tag "damagepersecond" with the motto "I bring teh pew pew" - thought that was funny, if only because he's a priest.
