Sorin Markov Spell issue

I was playing against sorin markov with mind of void I believe and he had 2 vampires on the board, i took control of one of them with an enchant creature spell. on Sorin's next turn he used a destroy creature spell with limitations to be in control of at least 2 vampires, however he only had one, I had the other but it was still cast against me.

glitch or legit?

If you've taken control of one of his creatures it's not longer considered under his control so that shouldn't have worked if he did only have 1 vampire.
