Concept Art #24

Concept art 24 is on the home world, but I don't understand why it's number 24 If I can't get back there? Is there something I'm missing or do you have to start a new game to get it?

Edit: I just started again after getting all the artefacts, so that seems the only way you can get the 24th art. Seems odd it being number 24 though, don't get why it's not 1.
