DLC Difficulty
What do you think the DLC's achievement difficulty is? Harder than the main game? easier? around the same? Kind of iffy on getting it because although the main game wasn't too hard some parts really pissed me off (like fighting redwater).

The DLC is rather easy to get the full 250, its just a bit of a grind.
There's a story mission where you play as the GAC taking over the police station. Its interesting and a neat little side story, but nothing too amazing. Its likely you'll only play it through once or twice (maybe more if the gold medal and time bonuses are eluding you). The main mode is Riot Control, which is the Horde Mode du jour. Its fun and arcade-y, with points for medals and such, along with an omnipotent voiceover telling you your medal kills. I'd say the hardest achievement in it is either 15 unique medals in a single round or killing Redwater. Redwater is far easier to kill this time, he's just at the end and you have to survive six waves to get to him. The rest is just repetition for the score counts. All in all, I'd say a 3/10 for difficulty, 4/10 for time. |
