Robot Master Not Unlocking?!

I have 14/15 achievements in this game. I've gold starred all 160 levels. I figured after that many levels, I would be close to the 10,000 turns. I've left the game going with the arrow key and space bar held down for 2 hours(hour intervals) to no avail. I let it run, finish a level, and nothing happens. Any tips on how to fix this? I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I finally got this to pop. I deleted my save file and used the tape down method for an hour and a half.

If anyone happens to come across this glitch, delete your save file, start tinker, load up level 6-1 since starts you off with 100 moves, tape down the down arrow key(uses 2 moves faster than just pressing left or right) and the space bar, leave for an hour and a half, then just come back and finish the level.

Math for how long it will take:
100 moves in 40 seconds
6 seconds between last move on one go and the first move on the next
10000 moves required divided by 100 moves per try=100 tries
100 tries times 46 seconds=4600 seconds
4600 seconds divided 60 seconds per minute=77 minutes

I gave it an hour and a half to compensate for any time delays.
