why does it say sequence 3 has 20 nodes

yet only 18 are listed on any map, or walkthru, i am post game right now, and im not understanding why it says it has 20 for seq 3, yet only 18 are visible

Almost, if not, all sequences have 1-3 story-related WoI targets and therefore cannot be found during Free Roam and can't be avoided during the story. Sequence 9 will probably not be shown in any or most guides also since it consists purely of story-related targets.
