mementos - lost and found?

Hi, quick question, does anyone know if mementos can be obtained from lost and found if you miss them?

Pretty sure momentos can be bought from lost and found.

Can also confirm that momento's can be purchased from the lost and found, as can weapon upgrades and shrine items
