Some new achievements were posted to steam today they hint at what might be a new single player DLC
Edit: List updated with achievement descriptions credit goes to _Holy_ for finding this list. MAJOR spoilers may be in the descriptions you have been warned!

Achievements in final DLC release

Sciencetits
Earn a 1,000,000 pinball score on the Sciencetits pinball machine
Threesome
Kill 3 enemies within 3 seconds using the Impregnader
Bloody Red Rover
Kill 30 enemies with the moon rover
Bubble Buster
Kill 10 expanded enemies with melee attacks
Heart to Heart
Defeat Doctor Proton
Another Piece of Cake
Finish the DLC3 campaign on Easy Difficulty
Let's Rock Out
Finish the DLC3 campaign on Normal Difficulty
Come Get A Little More
Finish the DLC3 campaign on Hard Difficulty
Damn, I'm REALLY Good
Finish the DLC3 campaign on Insane Difficulty
I Am All That Is Man - Again!
Discover all Ego cap rewards in the DLC3 campaign

Single player DLC?? thats cool

Afraid it was going to be more crappy maps for the crappy multiplayer.

Got the email from Gearbox asking which system I wanted the DLC for a few days ago. Getting close to finishing my insane playthrough, so this is something to look forward to

Wouldn't mind more single player achievements (they seem like they could be single player achievements). Hope no multiplayer (or Co-Op) ones, don't see why they would start adding them now. Was hoping to keep it in my completed section, but I won't play the multiplayer to do that.

So you guys know these achievements have been removed from Steam guess they were leaked explains why there wasn't descriptions anyway Gearbox has confirmed the first DLC is something for multiplayer. Based on these achievements though I'm guessing it wont add chievos. I'm also guessing there will be a single player add on Damn I'm Really Good pretty much says it all beat the DLC on insane.

This all but confirms that the rumoured DLC is true (Two MP, one SP DLC with 15 cut levels). I could easily see the first achievement unlocking when you finish the DLC on Normal/Hard and the second for beating it on Insane. The rest look like miscellaneous and/or related to the big baddie of the DLC.

More Duke is always welcomed, if the price is right...

I kinda like the MP, for FUN and no braining gaming, you just have to not take Duke seriously and you will enjoy it...

If its SP its even better, even tough i could let pass having to do more insane...

any DLC is awesome. For Duke I would rather have single player content than multi. Just my opinion

I'm actually really excited for the DLC now that I've read the descriptions, maybe this will help the youngin's realize that Duke Nukem didn't start at 3D.

Aren't there only supposed to be 10 achievements max per DLC on the 360? I know they bend the rules for some games but I wonder if they'll cut some for the xbox. I don't mind insane but more pinball is unnecessary.

Typically Steam likes to add extra achievements which I personally love because I hate only having like 50 achievements. However Dukes achievement list is exactly the same on Steam as the console version so I doubt they will have less achievements on the Xbox version.

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy DNF. I for one loved it yeah the graphics suck yeah the gameplay is linear yeah it has a lot of issues. But I don't care because for the first time in a long time I felt like I was genuinely having fun with a game. I haven't truly had this much fun in I can't even remember how long ago. However there is one thing that really helped me enjoy the game a lot more and that was purchasing the PC version shortly after I finished the Xbox version. Great decision The PC version plays so much better and is just more enjoyable all around.

Of course.........makes you wonder what the hell Gearbox was doing when working on the console version especally when the 360 can handle stuff like the Bioshock games.

The achievement list has been reposted on Steam my guess is the list will get updated on Xbox.com when the single player DLC is released.

Yeah, this confused me for a bit too. They say new DLC coming out. The game is $10 on Steam so I buy it. There are extra achievements, so I figure they pertain to this new DLC. Turns out nope, the first DLC (and the one we get free) is just multiplayer stuff that has no achievements.

Randy Pitchford stated before DNF came out that they werent able to do co-op so I think we'll have to wait till next Duke
