If they still made games would you buy them just for easy achievements?

If they were still around they'd be developing all the shitty movie and Disney games. So as bad as those games are now, if LJN made them, they'd be worse! |

After looking at the list they've made...I've never played one. Sounds like I'm lucky.

Hmmmm - maybe?
I've only played one or two LJN games on the old NES, but I have been known to buy crappy games for an easy 1000G. Apparently Avatar: Legend of Aang is a really easy 1000.

Maybe rent, but certainly not buy! I tend to avoid buying games solely for cheevos, they're just an added bonus, but I do like to get as many as I can for the games I do get.

A few of their Marvel titles spring to mind which I used to play quite a lot so I wouldn't go as far as to say they are the worst video game company ever. The games I did play were somewhat difficult to complete so I wouldn't necessarily say they would have easy achievements.

![]() And friday the 13 comes to my mind when i think of ljn and that terrible dreamcast racer. BTW did you guys knew that nightmare on elm street was build for a second time? There are screenshots of the game and ljn told that they first made a game where you play as freddy. |

In fact I can only think of one good game LJN ever made, and that was Maximum Carnage for the SNES/Sega Genesis. Everything else they made was horrible, especially the Friday The 13th game for the NES. |

From the games I remember playing from LJN, I thought Maximum Carnage, Seperation Anxiety (although much easier than MC) & Wolverine: Adamantium Rage (SNES) were good games. |

NO! I maintain that they make bad games on purpose, there's no way one company could inadvertently come up with so many shockers.
![]() anyways LJN or not, im not about to bore myself to death for achievements. hell, at the moment im not even going for them in my good games. (well technically im not playing the 360 at all, but even when i do im not exaclty in a rush to pile on the points - weak effort i know )

Games like Rogger Rabbit, Friday The 13th, Back To The Future (with the stupid clocks!), The Karate Kid, and Jaws were all atrocious games that came out around the 80s and were all made by LJN. These games are considered some of the worst in Video Game history. |

NO. NEVER. I would never give LJN any of my hard earned cash. Definitely one of the worst companies ever.

I wouldnt call LJN the worst company.
That honour has to go to Active Enterprises for Action 52. |

Oh, man! This LJN brought my good and bad memories with LJN video games that I played when I was in a childhood in 80's and 90's.
LJN is one of the worst video game companies if you kids weren't existed back then, let me tell ya. You kids would be screaming, crap in your pants and moaning over sheer difficulty in LJN video games, I bet ya all. LJN have made some good games, though but average at the best. Friday the 13th, Karate Kid, Maxinum Carnage, Wolverine (SNES), and The Incredible Crash Test Dummies (SNES) All WWF game series (SNES), Spiderman series, and MLB (NES). I loved Crash Test Dummies! The reason why this LJN sucked is BECAUSE of Acclaim that owned LJN in case if you didn't know. Here is all games that LJN published---

No. I don't even buy good games just for achievements. But it's funny to think of AVGN reviewing Avatar:The Game by LJN 15 years from now.
