Like Joe/Bonehead Fred in same game

I can confirm that you can get the Like Joe Achievement and the They Call Me Bonehead Fred in the same game. When you are down by a run in the bottom of the 5th inning, make sure there are two runners on base. That way when you hit a homerun to win the game, you'll unlock both achievements. That's what I did.

Make sure you play with the All-Stars because you never know whose going to be the one at bat to hit the homerun.
