how come the na version has no english voice overs

i would be happy if they included the english dub for all chracters instead leaving it only in japanese.

Well, if only they had the time to add English Voices, but since the way the voices in TWN! happend, its better off listening to them in Japanese (JP version DLC 1st print run) or by no voice at all, at least DS2 has voices, I think.

Generally companies who bring Japanese games over to North America have really low budgets, so if they do dub the game in English, they hire cheap voice acting, which is generally really bad...

I always play my JRPGs in japanese, most english dubs are ear curdling. Anytime i find an NA licensed game with out an english dub defecating in my ears, i am most pleased.
