health and energy shrine locations?

i have 11 hearts and 6 energy tanks now. i saw someone with 12 and 8. i cant find more. how many do you have? where are the hard locations???

There is a hidden health upgrade on The City Walls..after the traps in the beginning there is a breakable part below you and there is one in there if you haven't gotten that one yet.

Sorry. I realized I gave you the wrong area. The hidden underground health upgrade is on the level The Ministry. Looking at the map from left to right you can see a vertical portion of the map going down below ground level. Pound the ground and then break the wall. It's in there.

the gamefaqs link is a sweet map of every level, but unfortunately doesn't show all the upgrades ie the one at the beginning of city:ministry that you have to butt slam and then break the wall to the right....im hoping to make a checklist and post it on here soon...unless somebody beats me to it! : )
