"Ture" is a typo... It's supposed to be "True"... Dying won't count you as having been knocked out. The only things that count against you in that department are being "knocked out" and caught by the special forces guys or the cultists. If you avoided these traps, you're golden.

hmm must have to have those events triggered at least. I sat my guy in a water fountain over night early on in the game to get outdoorsman and i never got the never knocked out

Keep it up! BTW make sure save (in case of the dreaded disc error) at some point after getting the achievement, and MAKE SURE you are at the helipad at noon, and the reward you unlock for your next playthroughs is hella kick-ass. (If you already know about this, I don't mean to sound condescending, just want to make sure you don't have to redo this mundane task)

I think that strategy is over-rated. What I did takes a little longer, but it works... Wait for him to do his rush attack, then jump-kick him... Get out of his way, wait for him to rush you again... Repeat until he's dead!

I have to redo mine I believe because I did earn it but forgot to save. I am going to try to do the indoor achievement with it as well by just using sedan and truck. After that, I am going to go back to the roof at stay there 24 hours to get the outdoor achievement. Then watch the ending and save this time around.

Thanks for that, I was wondering how to do it faster indoors. I want to try for the achievement and I was thinking of doing zombie genecoder again since I screwed up the gun.

If you have plenty of time leftover you should grab some OJ and head to the tunnel for some double-lariat action... You'll have that Karate achievement in no time.

I saved the game and it is now 11:19 on the 22nd.......What do I have to do to get the true ending? If I go into anywhere but the security room, there are Specs Ops who kill me and take me away what do I do then? I also stayed at the Heliport until Noon, but the pilot got eaten by a Zombie. What do I have to do to get the TRUE ENDING?!

If there are several different endings how do you know which one is the true ending?

thats how you get the "a" rating... therefore the best one and true one

Anyway, does anyone have any pointers for the Frank the Pimp achievement? What is the easiest way to get it, i.e. 'Do this mission at this time to get 5 women and then there are 3 more over here around the same time'?

I used the guide on this site and got the gourmet achievement. Took maybe 2-3 in-game hours... simple stuff. Not sure what I'll do now, with only 10 hours left. Maybe karate master?

Yea I just figured that out.....I am at the hideout waiting and it is currently 1:35 on the 22nd. Thanks though. And by ending the game this way, do I unlock "Overtime Mode" and "Unlimited Mode?"

youll get overtime mode.. youll complete that, and then get unlimited

I am doing 4 achievements in one run, and I am finding karate master way easy. Be sure you fill all but one of your stock with high healing foods like meat, milk, coffee creamer, or orange juice. If you are level 30 or more, you should have enough moves like hammer toss to get lots of kills in a big group. At the beginning, I got about 244 kills.

I had a guide to the endings, but I think it got pushed down somewhere.
Ending A is the same as Ending C, but there is something after the credits in Ending A.

All I know it is the area in your map that looks like a "T". I was just giving directions coming from outside...

Here's the backstory.

I was playing in overtime mode, went though and got the following Achs:
Perfect Gunner
Hella Copter
Karate Champ

Now I saved the game, and then proceeded to play in infinite mode, and then over wrote my save with the new infinite mode game. (ya I learned my lesson :P)

I do not have the unlockable items in the security room for attaining these achievements, but I do still have the achievements.

So I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to get them again. But my question is, will they even pop-up now? I know every new game when I drop 33 feet it doesn't pop up the achievement info at the bottom of the screen like it did the first time..

Ideas/Comments?

I didnt get my unlockables from PP Collector or Karate Champ. Sucks cause Im not going to do either again. I know however that you can reachieve some of them such as Hella Copter.

Yes, they will unlock the second playthrough.... I quit my overtime game after getting my Perfect Gunner achievement, then later learned of the unlockable... I played back through, finished the game and got my ammo belt

i did it last night. It took five hours and I have 17 hours left in 72 hour mode when I finally got it.

yeah haha i was a victim of this for a while too... i only had the convicts clothes when i should have had:

mega buster
mega man tights
mega man boots
soecial op uniform
wrestling boots
hockey mask
and the ammo belt

... so it was kind of pissing me off that they werent showing up. then after i beat the game again they ALL showed up. It seems you can't just save and restart, you have to beat it and let the credits roll and save. The messages for unlocked item will come up after the credits right before you save.

yeah i saw something that said the boots would make things unbreakable so when i got them and things BROKE i was like "what the hell?!?!"

so i went on and got the whole costume thinking maybe I'll get some results when im wearing EVERYTHING... but no, sadly everything still broke

i even went as far as going to grab the helmet in the movie theatre lol

so mega man outfit (helmet, tights, boots) = Just for show
megabuster = makes life a lot easier when going for certain achievements
