With the Get to the Chopper achievement, you need to finish Stage 4, Wave 4. I got out of there on that stage, and it didn't pop.

That was my 1st achievement in the game. Does sound like a few of the achievements are a bit glitchy

need to inform ppl that "get to the chopper" is worded incorrectly, it actually should read " survive wave 4 of round 4 and escape alive, ,

imagine how pissed i am wen got to round 4 ,4 and went yup im buggin out, after them damn helis apc heavy tanks and all . friggin bad wording!

so u actually have to make it to round 5 guys

Just fix that into Read :P Finally you cleared out the secret ones, i hate when they are obvious but you still dont get them. I burstfired for like 3 missions without it popping

I thought you had to kill 4 or 5 enemies with burst without reloading. It popped with me on the first sweep mission

Great guide, but any chance you could rearange the achievements in to group orders? e.g putting the Thunder Run and Protector achievements together and maybe the story mode achievements in the order you do them. Not trying to be picky it just saves going up and dow the list to match up things like FTE achievements. Thanks

I thought that too but SirDracu just kept the "original" order, he didn't put cheevos randomly .

Well i didnt before i saw this guide, he say "short controller burts" ive played trough the campaign 1 time as a sniper. So when i got to the next class i just burstfired and nothing popped.

Got all the secret ones out of the way now without much hassle

Mission 9 is a good source of XP! but only once you use the perk which gives you 20% XP bonus. Then I found I can get 55,000+ XP per game which take around 40 mins. This will reduce the time needed to get all 4 soldier classes to lvl 20 so now I guess it takes around 20-25 hours to boost all 4 to lvl20.

Mission 6 is another good source of XP which you earn very quickly at the start within 3-5 mins you have over 10K XP already!

Obviously you need to complete all mission & optional objectives as well but if you fail 1 or 2 carry on as the XP will still be quite large just don't get killed that will really ruin your score in a big way!!

sure wld b handy, idiots got al this gear they dont even use

and do u only get the 1 air strike in last stand fte?

As far as I know there's not an order you can give to you AI team to put mines. For hand grenades and 40mm grenades, if I'm not wrong, it's up to the AI when they want to throw grenades (in Dragon Rising they throw hand grenades sometimes, in Red River I saw once my grenadier throw a 40mm to an enemy vehicle). I agree with you, this would be really handy if you are not playing in coop with some friend, otherwise their equipment (or better their "role") is totally useless.
Air strike can be called in some campaign missions, you can't miss it because in some moments you must call it (it's a primary objective).

AS mentioned, They do use 40mm very well sometimes and grenades I have yet to see them do anything worthwhile

Yeah, maybe for those that are a bit familiar with this type of game. Ive got a friend who quited after attempting for like 5-6 times that mission where you have to defend the checkpoints and fall back.

Well it is easier than the first as no HARDCORE campaign achievement but, like SirDracu said, if you are not a FPS player this will be hard for you...

Get To The Chopper! is a very hard achievement (especially for me ), any advices for doing it in the first map? Please.

What class to give to the AI? I'm forced to play grenadier as the AI don't use the rocket launcher against choppers.
Where to place them? I tried to put one guy on the turret on the left, myself on the roof near the stinger launcher and the two others downstair in front of me but failed miserably.

And is the level grinding affect the difficulty, for example I've the scout at level 10 and when I put scout class on the AI, he's at level 10.
Will it be easier with level 20 AI?

The further i've been is 3-2, playing as a scout.

Get To The Chopper! 20
You completed a Last Stand mission to stage 4, wave 4 and escaped alive

You must reach and finish Stage 4, Wave 4 and made it alive to the chopper. This is far the most hard to get (at least for me). Getting it with 3 other friends that know how to play the game could be easier, but still is hard to survive. After stage 1, enemy vehicles start to show up. First map is easier since its smaller and the enemy only comes from one direction. Also, if a player dies, it respawns after 15-20 seconds or so, but if all team dies at the same time its mission over. For more info check this; also some tips are in the manual.

As far as i know the easiest way and fastest is to have 4 friends all with SMAW launchers as they are unlimited. with 3 men on front and 1 guy near back you just tear through them. and since they dont come to the back in much force the back guy can also be near the stinger to take down choppers. If You want to be extra careful all have mine and place them in the compound in the event you need to fall back and also have the extra health ability just incase.

I got following problem:

I try to get gold on mission 6 in campaign but after two try´s (off/online) i don´t get any points?!? After i complete the mission i reached all objektives and all secondary objecives but no points: After the mission end there stand 0 Points and bronze?!? What´s that crap? I get points in all other mission but not in that one.

Any idear? Bug, glitch...?

EDIT: Ok found the mistake, forgett the gun from the beginning in the humvee

I just ended up getting 'Rule 4' and it was significantly different than the posted video. My range was only about 650m but I was attacking an killed a squad of 4 guys in quick succession so I susect it might be a number of kills over a certain range.

Either that or they measure the amount the bullet drops from where it was fired and since I was on a hilltop at the time there would have been a LOT of difference between muzzle & impact
