Dark version on Sasuke

does anyone know how to get that dark verison of sasuke?

Depends what you mean really.

The pinkish/demon Sasuke is unlocked for multiplayer use late in the game.

Sasuke wearing his black outfit however was an exclusive Ubisoft download that was available at the main menu, but has since been taken down. It was essentially Ubisoft's "UPlay" feature beta.
