dlc question

recently started playing this again and see there is achievements from last year. Ive met some of the requirements but no ach.
is it a dlc or a update?
only thing i can dlc is avatar stuff....
i live in denmark, is this us only?

You had to download Dlc from the market place to get the cheivos to unlock, but unless you have them in your download management history you won't find anything from the marketplace except the winter DLC because they took the others down.
