Much appreciated. If you just run up to them quickly you can give them a finisher while they're still trying to get up from falling from the hand stand. If for some reason you don't get to them quick enough and have to fight, don't just wait for them to throw a punch and keep taking dirt in the face like an idiot. While holding just move the left or right and press while he's scooping up dirt and you'll dodge it. Then he'll try to punch you. These aren't boss battles, lol!

Thanks for the guide, but next time, try making your tutorials a bit shorter and deleting the unnecessary footage. I know it's fun to throw people in the water and such, but most people who want a walkthrough want it short and sweet.

To be honest in the beginning I thought it would be like a boss battle but afterwards i understood the concept. They were pretty easy to beat

Yeah, your right but I just wanted to erase ezio fingerprint on the harlequins body xD lol... but yeah I totally agree with u, Would of been better if I just showed the harlequin and the location without filler... maybe next time

what do you do after you've beaten up all five and the achievement doesn't unlock? after i found the fifth and beat him up, my screen read "5 of 5 harlequins beaten up", but the achievement is still locked. i've returned to the five locations, but none are there. i've checked each spot at least 3 times now, both day and night - no harlequins. any ideas?? i'm frustrated...

Mine unlocked immediately after beating up the last harlequin by the mountain.

Try clearing your cache or starting a new game.

So I finished all 8 memories in the DLC and went beat up the clowns. Problem is.....all 5 clowns are not there....I tried coming back at different times of the day, fast travelling, etc. and I can't get them to spawn. Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions on how I can get this last achievement.

Good video, but as already said, needs cutting right down. Also when you first approach a harlequin, block and he'll throw sand at you... he'll then immediately follow it up by throwing a punch, which you can counter. The fight should take about 5 seconds max.

If they're not there when you get there, simply rotate the camera 180 degrees. When you pan it back again, they should be there. I also found it best not to fast travel to the nearest tunnel.... walk/ride to each one.

He'll appear again. I accidentally killed a harlequin with my sword and came back after doing a few side quests and he respawned.

Foranyone having problems finding them:
The clowns do not appear when you're during another mission. And when you're not on a mission and they are not there just go away from the place they should appear and once you're back they are there (like run once around the Rosa in Fiore etc.).

I finally got my last one. Thank you for the locations. I ran away and back and forth tons of times and he finally showed up on the cliff.
