bulletstorm troubleshoot ?

im on act 2 part 1 (damzil in distress) and the guy that runs around with me is floating in mid air at the part where she takes down the bridge, i cant progress onto the next part because of this and everytime i reset the chapter it happens again as anybody else had this problem and have a solution ?

yeah thats exactly what happened to me after a few times of resetting the chapter he decided it was time to go forward, havent come into anymore glitches at the minute.
