Nope, you can't use a controller on the pc version of this game. I know, it sucks.

Thats sad , I was alomost at the point to pick this game, I realy liked the multiplayer and it is an easy to average 1000Gs

You can use a controller emulator called xpadder. Only annoying part is you have to reprogram the buttons if you have more than one game that doesn't support controllers. Ex. Bioshock 2 and sometimes Dead Rising 2.
If you planned on playing the multiplayer legit, then don't count on it as the online community is dead. I got my own lobby everytime and only had two randoms join.
