As of last night I'd done got 22% of the endings which I guess is about 7 or 8? Anyways off the top of my head I think I've got about 20,000pp from this.

Rough maths would suggest yes but you can replay the game until you hit 100,000pp

edit:- Whoops sorry I mis-read and thought you meant arcade not missions. See below for your answer I guess lol.

I have my 160 achievement which if I recall correctly netted me about 5000pp. So good luck getting your 100k from just missions (if you meant arcade mode - hell yes you can get it).
