All Your Trace Are Belong to Us

Ok, I checked all the threads and I even beat the one playthrough I did for leaderboards over again on singleplayer, and I still can't unlock this one (thread title, for beating all trace hacks).
I have EVERY other achievement for this game, meaning I have beaten the game on all four paths (again, including doing the one that I beat for leaderboards twice, the second time being offline).

My question is, do you have to beat every trace game the first time without failing in a single playthrough? I suck at and hate the trace games and lost several of them my first playthrough, and that is the only explanation I can think of as to why I did not get the achievement considering I beat ALL THE PATHS and should have beaten all the Traces by now.
I hate to use the "this achievement is glitched" line because that is what people do right before they try it again and throw on an EDIT, so I hope somebody has an explanation because I just gave my only one!

Help will be appreciated!

I did all 4 different paths and did not get any of the achievements for finishing all trace routes, hacks or the third one. Now I am confused and wasted hour for nothing. I did 3 playthrough in single player and one on leaderboard. Is it that I have to repeat the leaderboard one in singleplayer as well, or am I missing something??

I believe you can do them in leader boards or through the normal single player selection. You may have just chose the same path twice and didnt realize it.

I dont know what is going on I know I did all of them I made a list that I got from this site and no achievement poped up does any one know do you need to do them in one sitting that is the only thing I can think of and will trying that soon and will post if that works.
