Black Ops Time to Kill Calculator
Check out this black ops time to kill calculator I made. You can compare weapon kill times for all weapons, with and without a suppressor.
Let me know what you think. |

That's pretty neat. So according to this in Hardcore you spawn with only 30 health?

Not sure its worked out right tbh. Something dont add up anyway, I tested it with the famas that I use and it says 3 shots in the foot would kill the guy, but it also takes 3 shots to the head..
It dont work like that in the game, 2 single headshot bullets does the trick. I like the GUI though.

Head shots only increase damage from AR's by 1.4, so at range you only do 35 damage from a head shot with a FAMAS. So it needs 3 shots to the head to kill at range. At close range 3 shots to the foot will kill them, but at range it needs 4. It works exactly like that Rivercurse.

I didnt bother changing the range on his chart so the 3 shots to the foot and the 3 shots to the head were both from a distance of <1m

Missing the Dual Wield damage changes on the Skorpion, the Dual Wield range difference on the HS10, Snub Nose damage and ACOG range changes on the Python, and the Masterkey altogether.
Oh, and Rapid Fire is important for a time to kill calculator too. Grip on Stakeout also. Last edited by Drab Emordnilap; 02-08-2011 at 11:46 PM. |

Not especially useful for me seeing as how I will not be swayed from using my M16, but very nice layout overall.

Love the idea. Would be nice to have a way to reset for distance or a different hit placement w/o having to re-select all the weapon details

I recommend that you use the Den Kirson website and some rudimentary maths.

I'm impressed, an actually legitimate, helpful post about the game.
Nicely done, I found it pretty interesting.
