This thread is for asking how to get through specific challenge rooms and hopefully some nice members will answer

I'll begin:
How do you get to the third hook in challenge room 12? I can get to the second easily but as I am hanging close to the wall I can't get up to the third hook on the upper right.

I'm stuck on 17 now. Make it to the second hook by bumping off the spikes but what next? Anyone?
