All Upgrades and Elemental Fruit Disappeared

I have completed this game and was working on the score attacks..... I decided to take a break and play the expert mode.....

I went back to score attack after some time and lo and behold all my powers were gone. WTF? I went back into my original game to reallocate them, but what's this? I have 0, fucking zero elemental fruits and for some reason they were all redistributed throughout the game.

Anyone ever had this happen to them? If I wanna keep playing I have to recollect them and there is no telling if it will happen again. Launch title or not this game and its devs can go to hell.

This is pretty much a rant, but if someone does have insight why it happened, I would love to hear it.
