How to BOOST UT?

Can someone explain to me how this is actually boosted? with a boosting partner and how you get matched up?

what if you get matched up with a different person?

can you play playing bronze vs gold cup etc etc.

3. When the screen with the two teams comes up, press b to exit, and then b again, and when the screen comes up with the message exiting to the menu select "yes".
4. Play an online match in ultimate team versus your boosting partner (search @ same time), tell your opponent to quit after 5:00 in game minutes (when the game clock reaches 5:00) You are NOT required to score any goals to get credit. You can play the same opponent as many times as you want for credit.

What do you mean when the two teams come up press b immediately? if you exit to main menu wouldnt it just quit the game?

what happens if you meet up with the wrong boosting guy? do you lose your skill points and have to rebuy into the cup again

how do you gain skill points faster? rather then beating them in a normal league match?

how much points also required to play online for UT and to get those 2 achievements.
