Scroll Questions
Is the Fox Scroll simply cosmetic?
When I took on Curse Mark Sasuke as demon fox Naruto I was doing 6000+ damage with the rasengan jutsu but I dont seem to be doing much damage at all with the scroll equiped. Also what is the best scroll setup? Currently I have mist (100% combo damage) Way of the Third (100% jutsu) Rapid Eye (substitute 40% attacks) and shark skin (reflect 65% when blocking)
