Save File data lost plus dlc no longer works

Ive own this game since i got my xbox never traded it in cause i loved it so much. The other day i went to play it and all my saved files with all my characters maxed out is now lost data. The hero/villian pack i also purchased is not working anyone ran into any issues like this? If i payed for a fucking dlc i expect it to work
