Create a Team??

Can you create your own custom Team with this game.. NBA 2k9 had something like it but it wasn't that great.. I'm looking for more customizing abilities other than just a few choices.

Well you can't actually create a team. However, you can adjust the rosters so that you can play with a team (say chicago) with any players in the game.
