Is it just me or does this game lag like a bitch?

It's not just you. I tried to play two games. I lagged out of one and the other was hardly worth playing. It's a shame that it's only online, because I won't buy it if it's like this.

I don't know if trying to play on opposite sides of the Atlantic is doing it or what, but I can even join most games and the ones I do collapse shortly after I get in.

Most be something to do with your internets? Mine is fine, to join or host? never have a single problem? maybe same issue as quake arcade?

Stfu, moron. I guarantee my internet is faster than yours. Do you have 100mb/s upload, 30mb/s download? Didn't think so. I still find laggy games.

well to be honest i have a 100mb/s dl and 50 mb/s upl... it's only natural to find laggy games when other ppl are hosting them, not every one has speedy net like we.

Right. Because that type of internet speed is available at a reasonable cost (if you actually do have internet that fast, how much do you pay?) AND to regular people who buy internet. Nice try.
