Table tennis aiming need some help, thx
I have trouble controlling where I want the ball to go. When I want to hit a crosstable shot, 7/10 times ended up sending the ball straight across. Using my wrist to angle my racket don't seem to work since kinect cannot tell how I hold the racket. I'm not sure if it a timing issue (swing early or late) or I have to move my body into position to lineup the shot. Thanks.

If you hit the table tennis ball early in the direction you want it tends to go that way, on the other hand if you hit the table tennis ball late it will allways go straight across the table with no angle.

Yeah, you really need to swing way before the ball is even to you, angling your arm in a very dramatic motion to the side. It will still contact the ball even if you think you're going to swing and miss because the ball hasn't arrived yet.
