If i restart my game will i lose my driving test stats?

so, i am wanting to play the game but from the beginning but i only need 5000 miles and 350 career wins for my driving test but i dont want to play unless i start a new game. so will i lose my driving test stats at the rockstar social club if i restart my game (only really want to know from people who have done this)?

Why not just use another Sign In on the console?
