"Endless Doug" & "Reunited" glitch-fix.

I've heard that some people have trouble with these two achievements.

When I was supposed to get "Endless Doug" I got nothing,
and when I was supposed to get "Reunited" I got "Endless Doug".

So heres what I did :
(don't know if you have to do ALL the steps, but this is exactly what I did......so)

1: Saved the game manually and went to dashboard.
2: Cleared the cache.
3: Deleted the game.
4: Deleted the "auto save"-file (NOT my manually saved save file)
5: Downloaded the game again.
6: Started the game/got the update/started a NEW game.
7: Played til' you put the frozen Doug by the fireplace.

The achievement popped after the cutscene.

i had this problem and tried your method of fixing it, but i didnt know i had to delete the auto save as well

I got the Reunited (And It Feels So Good) achievement, but my girlfriend finished the game and did not get it. I will have her try this method and see if it works.

Tried it out but didn't work. Only thing keeping me from 100% the game. :-(

Reunited didn't work for me the first time I played. My wife was playing with me and she may have spoken to the surfer guy(?) in my game, I don't know. But the only way I could end up getting the achievement was to play the game again... Yay, another 2.5hrs of Kefling bliss which I had just finished.

Oh well, 100% now.

I didn't get Endless Doug right away either. I saved right before though and after the egg dropped out I went up to Bob and talked to him again and had the same convo and it gave it to me.

Finished the game, the 'Reunited' achievement hadn't unlocked. Followed the steps given by the OP and it appeared as soon as I started a new game.

Thanks for saving me another play-through!

Thanks, that did the trick for me. Followed your steps and 'Reunited' popped as soon as I started my new game
