I've read on the forums that you start out as level 40 even with no DR2 save, but then i've seen people saying it will be a bitch to get to level 50 from level 1. So just to clarify before i dl this, if you have no DR2 save (i havent even played it) then will you start out at level 40 on on Case West?

People are making incorrect assumptions - you start at 40 with or without DR2 by default otherwise you wouldn't be able to get too far.

its a stand alone game like case 0 was. You dont load any saves or import any from dead rising 2. You do start at 40 and even without having played the main game its pretty easy to pick up and play.
