Help with Wrecking Crew achievement

I dont know how to do it :/ I assume that I have to play in Remix Modes, Smash, and then break the board in under 2 mins, but I cant manage it to make it. Any tips?

Make sure both players have great dunk... be incredibly aggressive on defense,
Alley oops and fire dunks do the most damage.

I was told this can be done with 3 controllers. Set the other team up with the controllers so they dont move at all and just steal the ball of them. Sort of like the "Clean Sheet" achievement.
I have yet to try it.

Its not unlicking for me :/
I tried again, I did it twice under 1:30 min and no ach. I am playing this offline, maybe is an update that I am missing that fix this ach? :/

EDIT: At least, its not unlocking with 2 controlers more. Not even doing all the dunks by myself :/

I tried with 3 controllers. They don't give me achievement. I am sure that I smash the backboard in time. I noticed when go to Jam challenges and read that challenge it says "beat cpu..." So maybe u can't use 3 controllers it has to be done against CPU. Any ideas? I only got this achievement left from offline side.

P.S. I am not using LIVE , I heard something that this achiev was glitched or something ? Any thoughts?

did very easily with KG and Rondo
when the game starts, make sure to get the ball and do an alley hoop straight away.
then push/steal as much as you can and alley hoops again and again

sure, I did it while playing one of the remix tour game normally

just did it One shot fire mode really helps I did with Wade, Bosh against Pistons, I hope this helps for someone

I got it without 1 shot fire... but then again I got it in remix... It seems like there has got to be some ridiculously simple trick we are all missing...

It's called smash, and that's exactly how I got it... the first time I played it in remix tour, but people are having problems making it unlock that way.

Its just hard getting the ball back despite the fact I have 3 controllers two minutes is very quick for breaking the backboard I imagine 1 shot fire is a big difference I might just wait until I have that unlocked.

I still can't get this, this is extremely frustrating I have tried this with three controllers and one shot fire for over two hours, I don't know what else to do I guess I can kiss 1000 in this game goodbye.

Nice! Seems plugging in 4 controllers works for some achievements. Or do I need to keep my partner an A.I.?

WOW why didn't someone confirm this can't be unlocked while playing offline? I was about to crack my disc in half going for this one.

K, this achievement is easily obtained with a friend online. I got the achievement just having a friend sit there and steal the ball. However unlocking the challenge requires you to beat the CPU in 2 minutes or less. For the life of me I cannot get this done. Im making my rival with low Block scores. Should I be doing something else.

Im using the 76er and using Dr. J. 10 dunk. My CPU partner is a dude with 8 dunk.

SOLVED: I used the 76ers again, only I had my A.I. partner be Dr. J. I used the recent unlocked Iverson to steal or block and just either passed it to my AI partner or let him have it. The CPU is aggressive in Slam mode. So is your AI partner though. =)

Also pick your rival team with no dunk skills, Golden State is good for this.

You can unlock this offline. I did it with two controllers and play backboard smash and just keep stealing the ball and dunking. Got it the first try

NVM my original reply, I mistook this one for Iron Will.

I did however get this one using Philadelphia. I was using Elton Brand and my cpu teammate was Dr.J. I played against Cleveland (Mark Price and Mo Williams.)

Iron will wont unlock for me how'd you guys get it done? Iv tried a handful of times now on smash mode vs. CPU and alley oop the final dunk to my player. I'm going up 4 the jump pressing pass to receive the ball slamming it down breaking the glass but no cheevo. Duz turbo have to b pressed? Or even does ur team mate have to do the dunk and u pass for the ally oop?

I got it in Classic Mode when I was the one dunking it, I guess that's how it has to be. I was Denver and basically dunked/alley ooped whenever I could. I think I was Anthony and the CPU was the other decent dunker in the team (Martin or something I think), and whenever we had the ball I passed to the CPU and ran into the Key while holding Turbo and then pressed X and sometimes A, to make sure the CPU passed me the ball and I dunked it.

Hopefully in the 4th quarter it should break and the achievement should pop for you.

I was having a really hard time getting this one simply using Dwight Howard and Vince Carter of the Orlando Magic trying many times. Beside that I hadn't downloaded the update for the game and decided to try that to see if it would make a difference. I did that and got it first try after that, so I think the update changed some stats and how much is taken off the meter per dunk.

remix modes then smash and just use Orlando magic howard/cater best ratings at dunking and this achievement should be pretty easy. alley-opp will break the back board more but just simply dunk and it will eventually break pick a sucky team to go against like the cavs i saw they had the lowest dunking rating and got this achievement on the first try along with Orlando Magic Shaq
